Christina Kerschner is an austrian vocalist (front/backings) who was born in Lower Austria/AUT. She's currently studying Jazz Vocals at Bruckner University in Linz (Agnes Heginger) and is based in Vienna. Being the singer of several bands of different styles, such as Pop/Electro Swing/Jazz, she's also writing and playing her own music (Nnoa), which will be officially released in 2020.
Born in 1993, Christina grew up in a very musical family and started to take regular lessons in vocals & piano (classic) at the age of 6. During her education, she collected a lot of different experiences in choir-singing as well as a soloist. At the age of 7, she successfully started to participate in various competitions (Prima La Musica) nationwide as part of different vocal groups (dir. by Midori Distelberger). She also got her first role in a Musical ('Annie', character: Molly, dir. by Albert Kessler). Later on Christina tried more and more to combine her piano skills with singing and started to write her own music. After her high-school diploma in 2011, she moved to Innsbruck/AUT to study Management & Economics (BSc) and did one year in the actor's school (Schauspielschule Innsbruck). In 2015 she finally moved back to Vienna to dedicate her life to music, took up her studies at Jam Lab Music University (Susan Blanarik) in 2016 and got part of the band Isoulate. One year later she got approved to Anton Bruckner University in Linz (Agnes Heginger), where she became the front singer of The Bruckner University BigBand. The band (directed by Christian Radovan) toured South Africa & Mozamique twice (2018 & 2019) and released their first album "Good Vibes" in 2018.
